CEO UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Massachusetts
John is the chief executive officer of the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Massachusetts. Prior to this role, he served as the executive director of Long-Term Services and Supports for the Community Plan of Tennessee. Before joining UnitedHealthcare as the director of medical clinical operations in 2015, John was the chief executive officer of NPA Family Clinic and chief operating officer of Tennessee Personal Assistance. During his time with the Community Plan of Tennessee, John led the implementation of the Tennessee LTSS program and several other program expansions.
