UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Minnesota recently opened a Community Connection Center at the Sabathani Community Center in the heart of South Minneapolis. The mission of the Sabathani Community Center is to provide people of all ages and cultures with essential resources that inspire them to improve their lives and build a thriving community. The new Community Connection Center will be used to host educational sessions for the community, meet with members and their care managers, and collaborate with Sabathani and other community partners.
